近十年來,由于(yu)能(neng)(neng)源緊張,隨(sui)著節能(neng)(neng)工(gong)作進(jin)(jin)一步開展。各種(zhong)新型,節能(neng)(neng)先進(jin)(jin)爐(lu)(lu)型日趨完善,且采(cai)用新型耐火纖(xian)維等(deng)專業保溫材料(liao)后(hou)使得爐(lu)(lu)窯散熱(re)損(sun)失(shi)(shi)明顯下降(jiang)。采(cai)用先進(jin)(jin)的燃(ran)燒裝置強化(hua)了(le)燃(ran)燒,降(jiang)低了(le)不完全燃(ran)燒量,空燃(ran)比也(ye)(ye)趨于(yu)合理。然而,降(jiang)低排煙(yan)(yan)(yan)熱(re)損(sun)失(shi)(shi)和(he)回收(shou)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣余(yu)熱(re)的技(ji)術(shu)仍進(jin)(jin)展不快。為了(le)進(jin)(jin)一步提高窯爐(lu)(lu)的熱(re)效率,達到(dao)節能(neng)(neng)降(jiang)耗的目的,回收(shou)煙(yan)(yan)(yan)氣余(yu)熱(re)也(ye)(ye)是一項重(zhong)要的節能(neng)(neng)途徑(jing)。
